Data used and why
- Website delivery and security: the hosting infrastructure receives connection data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, request time and security events. These are used to deliver the site and protect it against misuse. The intended basis for the operator's necessary security processing is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; service-provider roles and terms must be confirmed before launch.
- Support and enquiries: emailing us provides your email address, any sender name, message, attachments and correspondence history. These are used to answer the request. Article 6(1)(b) applies when necessary for a requested contractual service or steps before a contract; general enquiries rely on the legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f).
- Legal obligations: information may be retained or disclosed where required by law under Article 6(1)(c).
The website code does not contain analytics, advertising pixels, a newsletter signup, a contact-form backend or automated profiling. Interface selections remain in page memory and reset when the page is reloaded.
Services and recipients
The site is published through OpenAI's Sites hosting platform, using its delivery infrastructure. During private preview, the platform requires sign-in. Its security and account processing is governed by the platform's own applicable notices and terms. Microsoft processes visits and installation requests after you follow a Microsoft Store link.
Fonts and application images are served locally by the site. Opening an external link contacts the destination only when you choose to follow it.
Email service provider: awaiting confirmation before public launch. Support correspondence is accessible to the operator and the service providers needed to deliver email; disclosure may also be necessary for legal obligations.
Supplier contracts, processing locations and any transfers outside the EEA must be verified before launch. This draft does not assert that all data stays within the EU or that a particular transfer mechanism applies without that verification.
How long information is kept
Support messages and attachments are kept for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed, then deleted unless a specific legal obligation or an active claim requires relevant records to be retained longer. Irrelevant or unnecessary sensitive material should be removed earlier. This is the operator's retention policy; mailbox deletion must be carried out in practice.
Hosting logs and authentication records have provider-controlled retention. Their periods or applicable retention criteria, together with backup deletion arrangements, must be confirmed before this notice is finalized.
Your choices and rights
Contact contact@wynzo.eu to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are subject to their GDPR conditions.
Requests will normally be handled within one month. Where the GDPR permits an extension because of complexity or the number of requests, you will be informed within that initial period. Only proportionate information needed to confirm identity should be requested.
You may complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority, including in the EU country of your habitual residence, work or the alleged infringement. Find its contact information in the EDPB directory of national authorities.
Information you provide
Support messages are voluntary. The information needed to understand and answer a request is necessary to provide that response. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, bank details or an entire private music library. Redact personal paths and unrelated names from diagnostic screenshots where possible.
The developer's website code does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects using automated processing. Changes to services or data use will require this notice to be reviewed before they are introduced.
